Meet Brandon Pung, LMSW-C
Hi, I’m Brandon!
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families and believe that healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences, identifying your strengths, and working toward meaningful change.
Life’s challenges can often leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the path ahead. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, or major life transitions, therapy provides an opportunity to better understand yourself and develop the tools needed to move forward with confidence. I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs and goals, drawing from a collaborative and trauma-informed perspective while integrating evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, family systems work, and strength-based interventions. Together, we’ll work to build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting growth.
