
Meet Katie Ferris, LLPC
Hi, I’m Katie!
I work with teens, adults, couples, and groups and believe that the foundation of meaningful therapy is a safe, trusting, and authentic relationship. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered as you navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing.
I understand that experiences like OCD, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, and other difficult life circumstances can leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to meet you where you are while helping you build the skills and confidence needed to reach your goals. My approach is deeply relational and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based modalities including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and DBT skills. Together, we’ll work to strengthen emotional resilience, reconnect with your values, and create meaningful, lasting change.
